EasyTeamShuffle (“the Bot”) respects your privacy. This document explains what information may be processed when using the bot.

Information Collected

EasyTeamShuffle does not store personal user data.

The bot may temporarily access the following information in order to function:

  • Discord user IDs
  • Discord usernames
  • Voice channel member lists
  • Server IDs

This information is only used to perform team shuffling and is not stored permanently.

Data Storage

EasyTeamShuffle does not store any personal data in a database.

All data used during commands is processed temporarily in memory and discarded immediately after the command finishes.

Third-Party Services

EasyTeamShuffle uses the Discord API to operate.

Your use of Discord is also subject to the Discord Privacy Policy.
